Later, on July 2nd, 2022 Barber replaced Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. This was a unanimous win for Barber. It was also the last bout of her deal with UFC. But later the same year, she signed a new deal with them. Barber was victorious in her last bout against Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 at UFC Fight Night: Vera Vs. Sandhagen in the split decision.
