Barber defeated Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on April 23, 2022. The match ended in a unanimous win. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. The fight was also won in a unanimous vote.
